Job title :: Service Desk Analyst
Pay Rate :: 28-33 $/HR on W2 terms without benefits
Duration :: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension OR Permanent)
Location :: Phoenix, AZ, 85007 (ONSITE)
Shift :: Mon-Fri 8AM – 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Open, monitor, and resolve tickets in a tracking system, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
- Communicate issue statuses to users, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, in person, or through tickets while balancing multiple priorities.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including imaging and deploying desktops, laptops, and tablets.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
- Required: 2-4 years of service desk experience, certifications in Microsoft products, CompTIA A+, and HP/Dell hardware accreditation.
- Preferred: Associate’s degree in IT and experience analyzing complex network environment issues.
- Strong customer service, communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills are essential.
